BOB HOLLERAN - MANAGING OWNER

Bob and Nancy have shared the enjoyment of food and wine while raising their five children for 29 years.

Besides being an avid sports enthusiast Bob has been a numbers guy. He has held various executive roles in Operations and Engineering in the technology sector from manufacturing engineering to Chief Operating Officer for Hitachi Global Storage Technology division . Bob's expertise is operations and cost control.

In his search for a new challenge outside of Silicon Valley and located in Monterey Bay area, he found an opportunity to work in a business that is part of his other passions - food and wine. Bob provides the daily operational management for Cava.
